Animal-Friendly Camp

ABOUT US
Camp dates: July 6–10, 2026
Capacity: 40 participants
Age: 7–13 years old
This isn't just any camp—it's a real animal adventure!
- During the week, we'll visit a dog trainer, an animal shelter, a wildlife park, and even get a taste of the safari experience.
- Campers don't just observe the animals—they actively participate by feeding and caring for them, and interacting with them directly.
- Every day here brings something exciting: new animals, new experiences, and new challenges.
Lots of games, activity, and laughter await them, while they unconsciously learn how to treat animals safely, with love, and with respect.
If your child loves animals, is curious and active, and wants to not just watch but also experience things firsthand, then this is the place for them!

CAMP ACTIVITIES
EXCITING EXCURSIONS/ACTIVITIES
- Visit to an Animal Shelter.
- Visiting an animal shelter offers a unique opportunity to get to know the animals waiting for their forever homes up close. During the visit, you can not only pet and walk them, but also gain insight into the daily work of the caretakers. This experience fosters empathy and a sense of responsibility, while allowing a genuine bond to form between humans and animals.
- As one of the special programs at our camp, we visit a charming mini-farm where children can experience rural life firsthand and get to know the friendly farm animals.
- Visit to a dog training school. Participants can observe how dogs are trained, what methods are used to teach them obedience and how to perform various tasks. Interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities make the program even more enjoyable.
- Field trip to the Budakeszi Wildlife Park. A relaxed, fun-filled day outdoors where the kids can finally get out of the house. As they walk, deer or wild boars suddenly appear right in front of them—not in a picture, but in the flesh. No rushing, just looking around, asking questions, and that sense of wonder that only nature can provide.
- A safari atmosphere. This isn't your typical zoo; here, children can really get up close to the animals. Hopping on a safari bus, they can see zebras, camels, or even lions up close—all in a safe yet exciting way.
- A whole day at the Budapest Zoo. During the zoo visit, children can participate in a pre-planned, expert-led thematic program. Zoo staff present the given topic in a playful yet informative way—whether it's about African wildlife, predators, or animal adaptation.
Animal-Friendly Camp, where a new adventure awaits every day!
